XELJANZ Patient Journey

Videos can be viewed live here. We produced this video series to help break the barrier between patients and doctors. We discovered a major barrier to patients being appropriately prescribed XELJANZ was patients’ lack of honest communication with their doctors. We coordinated with a rheumatologist and gastroenterologist to share their tips on how to have the most effective appointment. This series was filmed during the pandemic with minimal budget and extensive regulatory restrictions.
These videos are a small part of a very large ecosystem of content created to advance the patient journey. This work spans 5 medical indications and has won multiple awards from MM&M (Medical Marketing and Media). We regularly update in-depth websites, create patient-facing medical brochures, improve patient journeys, and produce effective digital marketing.

I designed the launch for a non-profit rehabilitation center looking to change lives. After wading through waves of information they sent my way, we found an appropriate brand voice. We took a non-judgmental and relatable direction on the website and startup marketing materials.

Doctor Videos "Oath" and "Trust"
National Tv
The COVID vaccine campaign by HHS utilized statistics and emotional connection to encourage nationwide vaccinations. These videos built on that foundation by engaging top doctors in the medical field, matching their medical authority with relatable humanity. These videos aired on national TV for several weeks in 2022.
These videos are a small part of several campaigns that engage audiences of all ages and ethnicities through TV, social, digital, print, and outdoor advertising.

Le Voyageur is a hypothetical international restaurant based inside a cruise ship. I wanted to recreate a fully branded experience complete from the hand-lettered logo to the gold-stitched napkin. This project won a Silver Addy Award.

I redesigned the logo of a popular chicken restaurant to match their new space. They went from a hole-in-the-wall, local spot to a newly-renovated, prime location with modern diner design. My logo options ranged from unique personality to classic minimalism. They decided on the vintage diner aesthetic.

Researching
I believe a characteristic that sets me apart is my habit of researching my client or project fully before brainstorming ideas. I think many artists receive a project and want to create it their way with little regard to the client. My work will be true to my client and creatively fulfill the project specifications.
Brainstorming
The brainstorming phase is my chance to touch base with you. I don’t want to waste your time or money, so I will contact you with preliminary ideas to make sure I am designing true to your plan. Ideas and concerns are welcome!
Developing
This is the exciting phase! All of our ideas start coming to life, and you get a full visual/presentation of the project.
Finalizing
I will work tirelessly to perfect every part of your project, even the details you may not notice! In this phase I will present you with the final project/presentation and receive your approval.
